Hopefully this will complete without further problems. After booting Safe Mode from this disk I am now in the process of copying the partition to a USB drive. I created bootable media from the installed program instead of using the latest ISO and made sure that I included the Safe Mode option. I finally decided to try something that goes against all the advice I've seen in the forum. I could never get my boot disk to respond to F11. I had read about the acpi option in a couple of threads and attempted to use it. I checked the BIOS and made sure that my drive controller is in IDE mode. That ISO doesn't give me the choice for Safe Mode. I spent quite a bit of time searching through the forum and based on most of the comments I found I made sure that I was using the latest ISO image for my product. Your link points to the notes for True Image Home - not the product that I have. I did read the "Read Before You Post" note for Disk Director and there was no mention of the "quiet acpi=off noapic" option.
